The Principal Suite at Villa Monti is offered exclusively during the off‑season months (1 October - 31 March).

This spacious suite occupies the entire top floor of the Villa giving you complete privacy.
The nightly rate for the Primary Suite is currently set at €120.00 for a maximum of 2 guests.
(3 if including one child, no older than 12 years).
The Primary Suite includes a large, luxurious double bed, air-con, heating & a Nespresso coffee machine.
Your ensuite bathroom features a large walk‑in shower, double sink, bathroom essentials & premium towels.
For those traveling with a child, a travel cot or child’s bed is available, upon request.
A private mezzanine floor & lounge is located directly outside the bedroom and offers an intimate space to read & relax.
A continental breakfast of fresh pastries from our local boulangerie, orange juice & tea or coffee & a Full English Breakfast
can be provided all at additional cost. You are also welcome to use the Villa’s kitchen & fridges at any time.
During your stay you will have exclusive access to the following areas of the Villa:
• Fully equipped kitchen & dining room.
• Elegant sitting room with three, two seater Chesterfield sofas.
• A real wood fire will be in use during the winter months.
• A 2nd lounge & TV room with two, three seater sofas.
• Outdoor (heated) bar area with TV.
• The pool and sunbeds, weather permitting.
• Private off street parking.
Please note: The suite is only available during the off‑season whist staff carry out improvements to the property & grounds
such as dry‑stone walling, landscaping & painting (no loud or heavy machinery).
Please note the two bedrooms on the lower floor are not available & are solely reserved for Villa Monti staff.
Villa Monti’s extremely friendly hound, Max will be at the property & for this reason no other pets can be accommodated.
